Income Share Agreement is governed by a contract similar to a loan contract. All conditions regarding repayment and details are discussed in advance and listed in the contract. The contract is fully transparent and has no surprises in fine print.

If your salary never rises above a certain threshold, your ISA contract expires after some years and you don't need to repay. However, it is in our best interest to support your career so that you eventually earn above average.
You submit to us your annual tax return or other official documents in which your income is specified.
We trust our students, besides, you don't have to pay during periods when you don't earn anything or your annual income is lower than a certain threshold. Still, ISA contract bears an obligation to repay, that is the only way we can make our model sustainable to help other students in similar situation as you.
No, this is not a requirement. Although your earning potential will most likely be higher when working abroad, we don't have any rules regarding your place of residence after graduation for the ISA repayment.
