Our pricing is simple:
You’ll pay €2000 only after you land your job. Alternatively, 6% of your gross salary for 12 months.
Sounds like a lot? 💸
Not really. Months of job-hunting with no results cost way more.
And with our employment guarantee, if you don’t get an offer within 6 months after starting the Accelerator with Endorse. - you don’t pay a cent.
There’s also a one-off €100 application fee. It’s your signal that you’re committed, and it gives you access to the program’s first week.
Your first two weeks is a trial - you show us you’re ready to put in the work, and we show you how we can help you win. If either of us feels it’s not the right fit, we part ways.

Yes - that’s our sweet spot. We work best with recent grads or students 3–6 months away from graduation. If you are earlier in your studies or mid-career, we’d love to stay in touch for the future!
During the first week, you can see if our support is a fit. After that, we’re a team, and the agreement remains in place, regardless of how you find a job.
Most of it is online, but we do host offline meetups in a few European cities. Plus, you can always grab coffee with your mentor or buddy.
Our magic number: 3 months to land a job (if you’re already searching). Still studying? It can take longer. And hey - once you join, you are part of the Endorse alumni family for life, supporting future career transitions.
Our core markets are Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) - but expanding across Europe fast. So wherever you are in the EU, say hi!
We look for people who’ll get the biggest boost from us - motivated grads with real potential. If you’re over- or underqualified, we’ll be straight with you.
We mainly work with European university grads, but also help Opportunity Card holders and make exceptions when it makes sense.
If you don’t find a job despite our help, you won’t pay anything aside from the application fee.
No, it's a complete and holistic curriculum. It only works if you go through all parts together, so the modules are mandatory.
