Our Refer A Friend programme rewards participants with €100 for every friend they refer who successfully applies for and draws funds from our platform using the referrer’s name and email in their application. However, terms and conditions outlined below apply.

References to the ‘Referrer’ shall be deemed to be references to the person who signs up to participate in our ‘Refer a Friend’ programme. References to the ‘Referred Friend’ shall denote a friend that applies using the Referrer’s details. References to Lendorse and ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall be deemed to be references to Lendorse UG.

The ‘Referrer’ may NOT redeem rewards by promoting their referral details through:

• Paid marketing (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads – but they can share referral details on personal social media accounts in stories or via organic posts);
• Posting referral details on any coupon site or public forum where they are not the primary content owner.

Each referral must meet the following conditions to qualify for a reward:

1. Both the Referrer and the Referred Friend must be over the age of 18.
2. The Referred Friend must NOT be an existing Lendorse customer.
3. You cannot refer yourself.
4. The Referrer will receive €100 one month (1 month) after the Referred Friend’s funds are drawn.
5. The Referred Friend can re-apply only after 6 months if initially rejected.
6. Referrals must be submitted between June 11, 2024, 8am CEST and June 30, 2024, 11pm CEST. Applications submitted after this period will not be eligible.
7. The Referred Friend must meet our eligibility criteria as found on our website: lendorse.com/how-it-works. The Referred Friend is also subject to internal checks and due diligence. Meeting our eligibility criteria does not guarantee funding.

Additional Terms:

• The €100 reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
• Each party is responsible for notifying Lendorse if they believe there is an error in the issuance of referral rewards.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the ‘Refer a Friend’ Program, in part or in whole, at any time, for any reason. Upon reasonable notice (including by email), we may void or remove referral rewards from an account at any time.
• All referral rewards will be voided immediately upon termination of these Terms or if you cancel your account by withdrawing your data.
• We cannot share any information about the Referred Friend's application to anyone besides the Referred Friend. The Referrer is not entitled to any information that the Referred Friend has provided to Lendorse, as well as any decisions that Lendorse has made on the Referred Friend's application.
• You only need one link. Your unique link will work multiple times.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the www.lendorse.com website and the services offered on it. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Lendorse Terms and Conditions") apply to the use of the Website and the services offered on it (hereinafter together "Services"). To the extent that users of the Website or users of the services (hereinafter collectively "Users") are offered services on the Website or services are available to them, these Lendorse GTC apply to the services only to the extent that nothing to the contrary is stated or communicated on the website or the Internet page of the respective provider of the services.

3. Any conflicting terms and conditions of a user shall not apply.

4. Lendorse reserves the right to make changes to the Lendorse GTC and the services offered by Lendorse at any time. Each User is subject to the Lendorse GTC and the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the services used by the User which are in force at the time of use or utilisation.


B. Function of the Site
On the site, you may submit your information through a site Typeform. We will then extract this information and contact you by email if we are interested and arrange a meeting. After the phone call we will send a short questionnaire to assess your skills.
Once we have all the information, we make a decision. If the decision is positive, we will send you the contract with the calculated conditions. If you agree with everything, you sign the contract electronically and send it to us together with your documents (passport, admission letter, etc.) and the IBAN to which the money should be transferred.
We will sign the contract on our side, send you a copy and transfer the money.


C. Liability of the user, warranty, exclusion of liability
The legal regulations apply.


D. Data protection

E. Copyright and rights of use
All logos, texts, images and other information on the website are generally subject to copyright. The use of the website does not entitle you to further use of this information. Modification, further processing and use in media of any kind is generally not permitted. Further use is only possible with the prior written consent of Lendorse.


F. Severability clause
Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provision, a valid provision shall be deemed to have been agreed which most closely approximates the original provision in economic terms.


G. Applicable law, place of performance and place of jurisdiction
1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
2. The exclusive competent court for all present and future claims arising from this contractual relationship shall be the local court responsible for Lendorse or the regional court superior to it, insofar as the contracting parties are merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law or at least one of the contracting parties does not have a general place of jurisdiction in the Federal Republic of Germany.

We use Typeform from TYPEFORM SL, C/Bac de Roda, 163 (Local), 08018 Barcelona Spain (Typeform) for our contact form. This enables us to provide you with an easy way to contact us.

To do this, we share the following personal data with Typeform:
- Name, email address

Typeform is a recipient of your personal data and acts as a processor for us. The processing of the data provided under this section is not required by law or contract. Without your consent and the transmission of your personal data, we cannot provide you with a contact form. However, you can contact us at the following e-mail address. The mandatory data serve the purpose of allocating and answering your request.
In addition, Typeform collects the following personal data with the help of cookies: Information about your terminal device (IP address, device information, operating system, browser settings). Furthermore, usage data is collected such as the date and time when you used the contact form. Typeform needs this data to ensure the presentation of the contact form and its functionality. This corresponds to Typeform's legitimate interest (pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) and serves the performance of the contract (pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
